She Says So Boutique Store Policies: Shipping and Returns

Store & Online Return Policy

  • Accessories, clearance and intimate items are final sale and cannot be return

  • Items purchased online/Instore can ONLY be returned within 5 business days after it is received for store credit ONLY. For examples, if you receive an item on Friday, you have to the following Friday to ship the item back to She Says So Boutique.

  • If you receive an item and you are unhappy with it for any reason, please come in to the store or contact customer service (585) 417-6429/ FB messenger (She Says So Boutique) to explain your issue and gain a return approval.

  • Once your item has been approved to be returned please return to  store or postal mail the unwanted item back within 5 business days of receipt. If mailed items are not post marked within the required time frame the return approval will be null.

  • Please return all items to She Says So Boutique, 884 E. Ridge Rd. Rochester, NY 14621

  • Once your mailed returned items are received and inspected you will be contacted by Customer Service via e-mail regarding your store credit

  • You will then have the ability to repurchase any item of your choice which will be shipped to you free of charge.

 

Shipping Policy

  • The standard shipping charge is $10 via Postal Mail
  • Items will be shipped between 1-10 business days
  • All items will be shipped 2-day priporty mail
  • 1-day shipping is availiable for an additional charge (please contact customer service, 585-417-6429 to ship 1-day)  
  • You will be provided with a tracking number to track your package via postal mail
